The Novi Sad Cultural Center was founded in 1984 by the Novi Sad Council, thus, merging the institutions Tribina mladih [Tribune of Youth] and the Sonja Marinković Youth Cultural Center. The Cultural Center organizes various events, exhibitions, and concerts, as well as public debates and lectures. Polja magazineis oneof the center's activities.
